From the pulpit to the pew, the Lord has plenty of work for everyone to do. All you have to do is make yourself available. Isaiah heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” We should echo Isaiah’s response, “Here am I, send me.”
Send me to the beggar on the street. Send me to the drunkard in the ditch. Send me to the lame in the hospital. Send me, with the Gospel in hand to meet the needs of the lost, hurting, and dying world. Would you echo with me, “What would you have me to do, Lord?”
