IT’S ALL GOOD!
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Matthew 28:19
In building a business, one of the greatest things to do is get your name out to the community. Name recognition is vital for sustained growth in the early ages of the business and after the business has been well founded. Little jingles, a catchy tag lines, and mascots have been the identifier of businesses down through the ages. Who do you think of when you hear, “Have it your way”, “Can you hear me now”, or “Melts in your mouth not in your hands”. We have heard these slogans so often and for such a long time we know exactly who they identify.
In your Christian walk, what is your slogan? What do people know you by? Several years ago while going through a valley the Lord gave me, “It’s All Good”. People began to identify me with that phrase. What does it mean? Look at Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” It means that no matter what, God knows what is best for me and my life. It means for us to trust Him on the mountain tops and in the valleys.
Why is this important? It identifies who we yield our lives to. It identifies who we hold important in our lives. It will point friends, family, co-workers, and anyone our lives may come in contact with to the Lord Jesus. It will give an opened door to share our faith. It gives opportunity to give out the Gospel to a lost, dying, and hurting world!
What’s your slogan? Are you using your life to make disciples? If not, why? If not now, when? GO YE TODAY!
